THE DEPARTMENT COMPRISES OF FOUR
(4) SECTIONS WHOSE FUNCITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
REGISTRY

To
up-keep, update and safeguard Public Service records. |
 |
To
circulate mail within the Ministerial Departments. |
 |
To
receive and dispatch mail to other organizations. |
STORES
 |
To
procure Ministerial office furniture, office equipment, stationery and other
services. |
 |
To
maintain and update assets inventory register. |
ACCOUNTS
 |
To
prepare the Ministerial annual budget estimates. |
 |
To
process payments for all the expenditure incurred by the Ministry |
 |
To
control and monitor all the Ministerial financial transactions. |
TRANSPORT AND MAINTENANCE
 |
To
maintain cleanliness within the Ministerial premises. |
 |
To
repair and renovate the Ministerial infrastructure. |
 |
To
control and monitor the daily utilization of the Ministerial transport. |
