How to lodge a complaint?
- Members of the public can come to the ministry to lodge a complaint personally, by filling in a complaints form

- Can fill in a complaints form provided on the internet.
Feedback on progress will be given within one to two working days, telephonically or electronically from the time the complaint was laid.
