| How is the mortgage loan administered?
The scheme is administered by the Ministry of the Public Service, R & B Department. The loan is for the purposes of building a new house, buying an existing house, completing or renovating an existing house.
Who qualifies for mortgage loan?
All public officers are illigible to apply for mortgage loan.

Where do I apply?
Submit application together with requirements to R&B department in the Ministry of the Public Service.
Where can I find more information?
Applicants or the Ministry will be notified by telephone when their applications have been forwarded to their preferred banks. Remuneration and Benefit Department will provide more information.
